The Process

The preparation of our reports is based on observation and a rigorous analysis of the situation.

At Inser, we have a team with extensive experience capable of handling claims regardless of their nature.

Methodology.

Nomination by the client.

The client accepts the estimate and therefore entrusts us with the full preparation of the report.

Study the previous documentation.

The customer is requested to all the documentation to carry out the work and do a study prior to the visit.

Site visit, inspection, and documentation gathering.

During the visit, notes are taken, a photographic report is produced, etc. Based on the findings of this visit, additional documentation may be requested. In such cases, the client is informed of the guidelines to be followed in the report.

Classification and management of the information.

It sorts all the information and initiates the draft of the report. The documentation provided, will always be a part of the annexes of the report, so as to be able to verify the statements contained in the report.

Conclusions and final rule.

Once the draft, the client is sent a copy so that they can perform the checks that you consider for a subsequent modification in the case that it can be viable.

Development of the report.

Revised and accepted all the technical aspects of the report with the client, we proceed to the preparation of the same.

Control quality.

Performed quality control by another person on the team INSER, so that you can review both the layout and order of the report such as the impartiality of the same.
